Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Game DJ application (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Waver Corp Oy (business ID 2856580-4, Muuntajankatu 18, 33820 Tampere, Finland), referred to as “we” or the “Provider”. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to install and use Game DJ for the duration of an active subscription. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the software remain with the Provider. You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service’s licensing protection.

2. Subscription and payments

Game DJ is subscription-based and billed monthly at the stated price. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the seller of record to the end customer and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to any music and audio content you play at public events (for example copyright and public-performance royalties).

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid during the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give reasonable prior notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
