Every Game DJ release, newest first. The app updates itself in the background, so you're normally on the latest version already — this page is here for when you want to know what actually changed.

Announcements

• Match times are read like a clock. The announcer now says "at one thirty" instead of "at one minute thirty seconds" — shorter, and much closer to how a real announcer reads a game clock.
• A whole minute reads as "one flat", and single-digit seconds keep their zero: "one oh five".
• Football is unchanged: it still announces the minute in play, as in "7 minutes".

• Line-up announcements. Read a team's roster out loud straight from the match panel — import the players once and the announcement builds itself.
• Editable speech. Adjust the wording of a generated announcement before it plays, without touching the templates.

Builds

• An Intel Mac build is published alongside Apple Silicon, so older Macs get updates too.
• The Windows build is locked to x64.

Spotify on Windows

• Normal mode now works on Windows: cue start and pause run through the system media controls, the same way they do on a Mac.
• Seamless resume from pause — no restarting the track from the top.
• Cue starts no longer leak a moment of the track's own intro before the cue point.
• Per-app ducking through Core Audio, so the music drops under an announcement instead of the whole system volume.
• Fixes for the queue race that could leave the next track stuck after a pause, and for the spike a fade could produce.

Also

• Track lengths are fetched from Spotify, so the timeline shows real durations.
• The app has its own icon, and the logo is in the top bar.
• Windows installers are now built automatically on every release.

• The licence view shows when your billing period ends, rather than a grace period.
• Backend: a licence can no longer be issued twice, and the activation date is shown correctly.

• Manage your subscription from inside the app. Settings → General → License opens the Paddle customer portal — cancel, switch card, or download invoices without emailing anyone.
• Device management made more reliable: the device list is stored on its own.

• The full chain: offline licence core, 14-day trial, an online check against the backend, and Paddle checkout that activates the app automatically when payment clears.
• Pricing page on the site, and an internal tool for issuing and managing licences.

• First public release. Soundboard with categories, cue points, fades and hotkeys, the timeline, and Spotify playback.
• Automatic updates, and the Mac app is signed and notarised by Apple — it opens without security warnings.
