This policy explains how Waver Corp Oy (business ID 2856580-4, Muuntajankatu 18, 33820 Tampere, Finland) processes personal data in connection with the Game DJ application and this website. We are the data controller for the data we process.

1. Data we process

• Subscription and licence data: your email address, licence key and a device identifier, used to activate your licence and verify that it is valid.
• Payment data: payments are handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
• Support communications: the information you provide when you contact us by email.

The Game DJ application runs mostly locally on your device. Your music files, rosters and settings are stored only on your own computer, and we cannot access them.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to manage your subscription and licence, to provide customer support, and to meet legal obligations. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations.

3. Disclosures and processors

We use trusted service providers such as Paddle (payments and invoicing) and the technical platform hosting our licence and update service. We do not sell your personal data. Any transfer outside the EU is made only with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

We retain data for as long as your subscription is active, and thereafter for the period required by legal obligations (for example accounting).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and object to or restrict its processing, in accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
