Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Game DJ. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. The Service is provided by Waver Corp Oy, and payments are handled by our reseller Paddle.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just email gamedj@waveric.fi and we will take care of it.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. After cancelling you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the current, already-paid billing period. Already-paid, elapsed periods are generally non-refundable.
3. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right under EU consumer law to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content, this right may end once use of the Service has begun with your express consent — however, our 14-day money-back guarantee (section 1) is broader than this.
4. How to request a refund
Email gamedj@waveric.fi and include the email address used for your subscription. We will process your request promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
